Who we are

London Pizza House is a pizza and fast food business. Our first outlet is at Bokultola, Bokchor, Jashore, Bangladesh, and this policy applies to every outlet we open. You can reach us on 01713 924271, 01911 604790 or 01781 416960, or through the Contact page.

Information we collect

• When you place an order: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, billing address, the items you ordered and your chosen payment method (at the moment, cash on delivery). We do not collect card or bank details.
• When you use our forms (contact, table booking and event request): your name, phone number, email address (where asked), your message and details such as the date, time and number of guests.
• When you sign up for offers: your email address.
• When you apply for a job (Career page): your full name, date of birth, mobile number, address, educational qualification and your email address if you give one. We use it only to consider your application and to contact you about it.
• Automatically: basic technical information such as your browser type, device and the pages you visit, which your browser and our web host handle in the normal way.

How we use your information

• To prepare, deliver and confirm your orders, and to call you if we need to check an address or a detail.
• To answer your messages and manage table bookings and event requests.
• To send you offers and news if you signed up. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To keep our business records and to meet our legal and accounting duties.
• To keep the website working properly and secure.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• Our delivery staff receive your name, address, phone number and order details so they can bring your food to you.
• Service providers that run the website for us, such as our web hosting and email services.
• WhatsApp: when you send a job application, the website opens WhatsApp with your application written in the message. It is sent to us through WhatsApp, which is run by Meta and has its own privacy terms.
• Google: this website loads fonts from Google Fonts, and the Contact page shows a Google Map. When these load, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address. Please see Google’s own privacy policy for how it handles that information.
• Authorities if the law requires us to share information.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the website needs to work, such as the ones that remember what is in your basket while you shop and keep you signed in if you have an account. At the time of writing we do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the basket and checkout may not work without them.

How long we keep your information

We keep order records for as long as we need them for our business, accounting and legal obligations. Messages and requests sent through the forms are kept until they have been dealt with and for a reasonable time afterwards. Email addresses used for offers are kept until you ask us to remove them.
