These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the London Pizza House website and to any order, booking or request you make through it. By using the website or placing an order you agree to them.

About us

London Pizza House is a pizza and fast food business. Our first outlet is at Bokultola, Bokchor, Jashore, Bangladesh, and we may open more outlets. These terms apply to every London Pizza House outlet. You can reach us on 01713 924271, 01911 604790 or 01781 416960.

Orders

• You can place orders on this website every day from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Bangladesh time. Outside these hours the checkout is closed, but you can still look at the menu and fill your cart.
• When you place an order you are asking us to prepare and deliver (or hand over) the food you chose. An order is accepted when we start preparing it or confirm it to you.
• We may need to call you to confirm an order, so please give us a phone number that works.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was shown incorrectly, or we cannot reach you or reach your address. If we cancel an order, you will not be charged.
• Please check your order and your address before you confirm. You are responsible for the details you enter.

Prices

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Prices, the menu and available sizes, flavours and extras may change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Extras you choose are added to the item price.

Payment

• At the moment you pay cash on delivery: you pay the delivery person when your food arrives. Please have the correct amount ready where possible.
• We may add online payment in the future. If we do, we will update these terms to explain how it works.

Delivery

• The delivery charge depends on the distance. We agree it with you by phone when we confirm your order, and it is never more than ৳70. It is paid in cash on delivery together with your order.
• We deliver to addresses within the delivery area of the outlet preparing your order. At present this is the municipal area of Jashore. We may decline delivery outside the delivery area.
• Delivery times shown on the website are estimates, not guarantees. Busy times, traffic and weather can make an order take longer.
• Please keep your phone nearby. If we cannot reach you or no one is at the address, we may cancel the order and the food may be wasted.
• You can also choose to pick up or eat at the shop where we offer it.

Cancellations and refunds

• Our food is made fresh to order, so please call us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We can usually cancel an order only before we start preparing it.
• If something is wrong with your order, such as a missing, incorrect or poor-quality item, please contact us right away, ideally on the same day. We will put it right by replacing the item or refunding it, at our reasonable discretion.
• If a refund is due, we will give you the money back directly, in the same way you paid us.

Allergies and dietary needs

If you have an allergy or special dietary need, please tell us before you order. Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles ingredients such as wheat, dairy and nuts, so we cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergens.

Table bookings and events

A table booking or event request sent through the website is a request only. It is not confirmed until we speak to you and confirm the details. We may not be able to accept every request.

Offers and discounts

Offers and discount codes are subject to the conditions shown with them, may be withdrawn at any time, and cannot be combined unless we say so.

Using the website

Please use the website lawfully and do not try to interfere with it or its security. The text, photos, logos and design on this website belong to London Pizza House or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Our responsibility

We take care to prepare and deliver your food well, but to the extent the law allows we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for delays or problems caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be excluded.

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and the version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
